Making content agentically

A logo, an App Store page, a promo film and a set of story highlights, made by directing AI tools instead of pushing pixels.

Claude drove real design and video software through MCP and checked its own renders. My job was the brief, the taste and the no.

Six App Store screenshots for a devotional app in light and dark, each a phone under its own headline.

Directing, not drawing

I set the brief and the constraints. Claude Code worked the tools, rendered what it made, looked at it and fixed it before I saw it. Every piece ran the same loop: research, an approved plan, then rounds of notes.

The toolkit

  • Claude Code, as the orchestrator.
  • VectorCraft and PhotoCraft over MCP, for vector and image work.
  • xAI's image API and ChatGPT, for generated imagery.
  • Goldie, for App Store screenshots from a real build.
  • Remotion, for the header video and the promo film.
  • Pinterest, for references.

An App Store page, to spec

For InSpiritInTruth, screenshots were captured from a release build in the simulator and checked against Apple's specs. The copy leads with what competitors cannot claim: personal, trustworthy, guilt-free.

The 12-second, 21:9 header loop was built in Remotion, with its verse re-checked against the app's own Bible source.

A 25-second promo film

Built on Remotion with a motion-reel kit whose critic scored every draft; the final scored 8 or higher on all eight criteria. My notes drove version two: real screens in the hook, bigger captions, the whole phone in frame.

Story highlights for Culcha

Made in ChatGPT, steered by a Pinterest board and one rule per cover: one palette, one type treatment, one idea. ChatGPT did the rendering; I did the directing.
