So, as I was saying, life has no formula.

and I do not care what anyone says about this, but it’s very true.

We’ve had countless philosophers and other smart and spiritual people throughout earths history and even they were on a journey. I think that is why we are naturally built for eternity, because life is so “multi-verse huge” that we can spend an eternity learning about it.

So back to the topic…

Like you’ve read (and I have not even shared a quarter of my experiences), manifesting what you want is not a passive business. You have to always be doing something (that includes resting) to bring your imaginations into reality. You need to develop a relationship with the ways of the universe.

I did a lot of things to get here and there is still so much more I need to do but, once you get into the flow of things, you’ll start to develop your own rhythm.

Here are some bare necessities you’ll need to get started:

1: Figure Yourself Out

Get your shit together!

Ask yourself who you want to be, not who you are. What would you like to achieve? What are you interested in? What fills you up with so much love and passion? What skills do you have? What have people said you are good at? Basically ask yourself questions.

You’ll be hard-pressed to properly get through this life without asking questions. You don’t always necessarily need to have the answers all the time, but ask.

Try things. Do this and that. In a way, this is you asking yourself and the universe questions. Trust me, when the answers come you will know as you will resonate at the same spiritual frequency with them.

“Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed ,whether this or that ,or whether both will do equally well.”

Ecclesiastes 11:6

2: Educate Yourself

Do the things that need to be done. Read, study, work, attend, watch, observe. Put time into yourself and into your curiosities. There is so much information out there, so many references, so many people mentors, so many resources. Use them all, then get picky as you go.

Nothing will come while you sit and watch TV all day, while you sleep until the early hours of the afternoon. Nothing will come by you observing other peoples lives on social media and nothing will come from complaining and procrastinating.

Be selective about what you watch and read. Pay careful attention to the people you surround yourself with, who you follow on social media. All the things around you will shape the things within you which will then manifest themselves around you.

3: You Will Need Help

Believe in a higher power. Have support from people so much better than you. Get yourself some good friends and family. Get a mentor. Pray.

The journey is basically as long as you live so you have to make a conscious decision to be in it for the long run. You will not be able to do everything on your own. Have a support system around you, below and above you.

4: Rest, Bafethu, Rest

Bafethu means “friends”. It’s a video that came out of a guy just telling people to rest. It was funny. Ahhgg, if you didn’t see it you won’t get it.

Anyway, take time to recuperate. Take care of the machine that gets you from point A to point B. I do not mean your car. I meant your body, you knew that right?

It is going to be a long and hard journey. You will need to be patient. You will need to take it easy. Slow down, you know, like the Skip Marley and H.E.R song? The road does have its joys so you want to really take those in.

5: Don’t Quit

You just never know where the finish line is. It could be the moment you finish reading this. Every moment we along with the world are being changed and those changes can very well be in your favor.

If you feel like quitting look at point 3 or 4. But do not quit. Reach out to someone, me even, lets talk it out, but DO NOT QUIT. I’ve been there but here I am, still pushing forward. I haven’t quit yet, despite wanting to do so so many times.

You will lose things but you will also gain some. You might have to start afresh at some point but you’ll build again, this time with a stronger foundation.

I hope these few pointers will give you the push to get started on your ambitious or to help you carry on. I am going to end this post here and catch you in the next one.

Remember, “opportunity meets preparation”. Don’t be caught unready when shit finally pops off!
